i have taken protein and creatine supps before but not how i do now. for the past couple of days i have took 1 scope of creatine before workout then another after then i was out my bottle and put in 1 scope of the protein. Last night i probably pissed out my **** about 4 times. i dont know whether it was the supps or my lack of solid food cus i havent gone shopping for a while(my fault) or it was just some kind of virus in my system. should i take the supps different or is what im doing okay?

What exactly did you take? Names of products, ingredients, etc.

does your creatine product have a lot of sugar in it? That could be the cause of your diarrhea spray problem especially if you normally eat relatively 'clean'.

super advance creatine and super advance creatine. 26g of protein in one scoop and 33g of sugar in the creatine. i thought it might be to much supps in a short period of time since i do 1 scoop before workout then 1 scoop after then yet another scoop of protein. but my body has handled alot more than that before.

If you're not putting anything solid in your body, how do you expect something solid to come out?

It may just be the brand (Body Fortress). I am not sure what they use in terms of sweeteners or other ingredients but I tried some of the protein and it did not sit well with me either.

If you have not had problems with other products then I think that it would be safe to say that this specific product is what is causing the issues and not the creatine/protein.

I've actually had a similar problem, with only one particular brand of protein powder, but after a few days everything settled down. Keep your fluid levels up if you find that it keeps going!

If you didnt consume any solids, and had all that creatine, it was most likely that.

Creatine pulls water into the small intestine during absorbtion, so if you didnt consume solids, the water simply collected and eventually got pushed out as... "explosive diarrhea"
