Should have done one of these a little sooner. Due to the amount of sets and reps, it isnt key for heavy increases. Most lifts are increasing in small amounts steadily. Probably will update it in a couple weeks. Anything else I should include in a journal?
Day one
Barbell bench press 4 x 8-12- 100lbs and increasing
Deadlift 4 x 8-12- 230 increasing increasing
Seated military press 4 x 8-12- 95lbs increasing
Barbell curl 4 x 8-12- 75lbs, still killing my wrists.
Weighted dip 4 x 8-14- 30-40lbs assisted but improving steadily
Day two: OFF
Day three
Squat 6 x 8-20(pyramid up in weight, down in reps)-95,115,135,155,165,135
1RM- 225
Stiff-legged deadlift 4 x 10
Leg press 3 x 10-15
Lying leg curl 4 x 10
Standing calf raise 3 x 10
Day four
Chin-up 4 x 8-12- Assisted
Incline dumbbell press 4 x 8-12- #35 db increasing
Barbell row 4 x 8-12- 115
Seated dumbbell press 4 x 8-12- #35
Alternate dumbbell curl 4 x 8-12- #25,#30,#35,#30
Skullcrushers 4 x 10-12- 65lbs

Squat- 3x5 - 145lbs
Press- 35 - 65lbs
Bent rows- 3x5 - 85lbs
Chinups- 3x8 - 3 normal own body weight, 5 jumping
Maybe a good idea to keep track of your weight as well. Good luck with SS.

This last friday was decent, but I struggled a bit on the squat. Im not eating near enough, I dont have any powder, and my check comes Bi-weekly. I need to make myself a "cooking night" and bring stuff to school and work with me. My gains are going to suffer if I dont.
Squat- 3x5- 155
Bench- 3x5- 90lbs
Deadlift- 1x5- 185lbs
Dips- 2x6

I have to put my training on hold for right now, at least until I get my paycheck. Im not getting my Macro requirements in right now and im dealing with lower back pain. I dont want to stall before I start. I will probably have to take a week off :drooling:
