Wow dude, you're pretty ripped. You should be able to bulk without to much worry about getting fat....if thats what you are going for. What are your goals??

Yeah a lot of people been saying that. Not ripped just cut I guess. Umm I wanna be around 165 at the most. I weigh 135, but I need to keep a good weight for wrestling as I don't want to get high up there. Does anyone have any idea of how to gain weight like this in around 3 months or so?

EAT!!!

Ha...eat hard and train hard. Lean meats and keep your carbs in check. I don't really know all that much about nutrition, but I know you need to eat to gain weight. 30 pounds in 3 months sounds tough, even if you put on some fat with it.

Also, it seems that when I start a cycle of creatine I put on a few pounds....Good luck man...

Yeah just started taking creatine and protein. I will but a lot of it. I might start taking Mass XXX which is good for gaining. Thanks for a tip though.

Look up "Amazing protein bars" on the forums here. Great way to get in extra calories and protein.

You do look very defined. Eat a ton more and gain that weight, brother, you won't lose too much definition. Just keep it decently clean. :D

Yeah i'll work on it. I want to gain weight for football, but just not much cause of wrestling. So yeah I can't gain too much..

If I remember correctly (I didn't wrestle), wrestling season is right after football season? I would go ahead and gain the weight for football. Maybe towards the end of the season, you can slowly begin to cut back towards wrestling weight.

Yeah I mean I just don't know if I can cut all that weight by then and I also want to bulk for awhile.

Nah here's what my plan is. To take muscle juice cause a friend of mine reccomended it for me cause he gained 15 pounds with it in 2 weeks. So i'll take that over the summer for football then when wrestling comes ill just cut weight and i'll be so ripped.

Your 15, weight 136lbs and you don't look like the tallest guy. You could probably put on 20lbs and still be a ripped mother****er. Wouldn't you rather be a huge ripped 160lb 15year old than a puny ripped 135lbs 15year old?

You'll be stronger for football and for wrestling with the added weight. I don't see how having abs or being shredded will help you in wrestling anyways. I used to wrestle myself, and being strong, is what helped me in wrestling. The 160lb weight class is full of fat skinny people anyways.

Muscle juice is loaded with sugar. Your buddy put on 15lbs most of water weight because of that sugar. At most he put on 1-2lbs of good weight. Everything else will disappear.
