Tuck your elbows under the bar. Point your elbows down and not back ...this will help with the leaning forward!

Hmmm you may be right. Notice how I prefer a narrow grip. I probably could slightly keep them more vertical. However not much more without curling my wrists which is a terrible mistake. The elbows are not supposed to be directly under the bar. They should be elevated to the rear.

I know what your talking about with the elbows but to each their own. I know that Mark Rippetoe says not to grasp the bar and have your elbows pointed to the rear but not many powerlifters do that. Most say to grasp the bar as tight as possible to keep the upper back tight. I think its preference but I haven't seen anyone squat lots of weight with no grasp around the bar. Do whatever is comfortable but I wouldn't throw out my idea until you try it.

Alright little heavier in BW and lift. I am pretty sure I am going to steadily gain 5lbs every week till I hit 370x2 then I'll plateau and have to considerable change things up.

Happy with depth but form could have been a little better.

In your first set of vids the 2nd rep w/ 350lbs it looked like you really rounded your back.

? I'm not seein it can you be more specific.

Back was kept straight. I did however, lean forward a lil to far which can give that illusion off.

Next week guys I'll open up the back door and let some light in. The squat rack is in the back, dark, chalk-dusty, scary corner of the gym.

Nothing too big, but with the weight getting that heavy you might want to work on your hip flexibility. Just try to sit back a bit more so your knees aren't shooting so far in front of your feet.

Good Idea.

Tomorrow I'll try and get some front squat vids up. I don't know if my front squat is impressive or not I don't know how the numbers usually compare to back squat. Tomorrow I'll ramp up to 230x5.

230x4 FS. Went pretty deep on these I find it easy to go deep on front squats.

Probably could have grinded out another rep but I have back squats on tuesday no need to go all out.

Honestly guys I might have blown the 360x2 tomorrow. I have no one but to blame but myself. My calories weren't enough I only weighed 166.2 today. I'll give it my all tomorrow and no more of this not gaining weight bull****, I promise.

Ok lol for some reason I thought I had to go for 365x2 today instead of 360x2. I dunno why I was thinking that. And I got it!!!!!
