I'm currently 1 week into the keto diet.

My split is-
Shoulders n calves
Back n traps

Had a completely forgettable leg workout this morning. I won't go into details because I was done thinking about it at 9:45 this morning. U can bet that I'm ready for tom. though.

Had a few solid trainin' days the past few.

I am gonna make a few changes with diet and training though.

Basically, I'm gonna stick with the things that have given me success in the past, and come up with my own way as opposed to following someone else's blindly.

Will keep u updated, though.

Legs yesterday, shoulders n traps today, n back tom.

Just got done eating an omellete with the following:

6 whole eggs
1 cup mushrooms
3 slices cheese
1 serving(10-12 pieces) of pepperoni

Let me tell u, it was quite alright.

Bent laterals 5x10
Shrugs 405x10
Pressdowns on lat machine 110x10
Hs dips 240x7
One-arm extensions 30x10

Was planning 2 deadlift last.

But my shoulder has been bothering me. Been banged up from playing hockey, but I'll work through it. I'm gettin' stretched out by somebody tom. so I know that will help.

Leg Extensions 200x12
Hs kneeling leg curl 35 on each sidex10
Stiff legged deadlift 245x8
Standing calf raise 280x12
Seated calf raise 180x10
