Back n traps
Chest

Had a completely forgettable leg workout this morning. I won't go into details because I was done thinking about it at 9:45 this morning. U can bet that I'm ready for tom. though.

Had a few solid trainin' days the past few.

I am gonna make a few changes with diet and training though.

Basically, I'm gonna stick with the things that have given me success in the past, and come up with my own way as opposed to following someone else's blindly.

Will keep u updated, though.

Legs yesterday, shoulders n traps today, n back tom.

Just got done eating an omellete with the following:

6 whole eggs
1 cup mushrooms
3 slices cheese
1 serving(10-12 pieces) of pepperoni

Let me tell u, it was quite alright.

Was planning 2 deadlift last.

But my shoulder has been bothering me. Been banged up from playing hockey, but I'll work through it. I'm gettin' stretched out by somebody tom. so I know that will help.
