Alright so lately ive been putting cocoa in my coffee in the morning. Like the way it tastes and heard the cocoa powder has some good stuff in it like anti oxidants and some magic stuff or something. So today i had my tub-o-protein powder next to me while making my coffee and out of curiosity i decided to mix some in and it was good. Tasted like hot cocoa, the protein powder is artificially sweetened so it sweetens up the whole thing where the unsweetened cocoa powder doesnt.

Is there any downside with putting chocolate protein powder in a slighty cooled coffee? If its just a little warmer then room temp the heat shouldnt be an issue so is there anything?

im weird, i drink half caff coffee mix in these little fiber biscuits that make the coffee almost a sludge. The biscuits have a ton of fiber and little calories so if i mix in the protein, calories wise its really good for you. im a weird guy i know, but i like it. Anyways let me know, and if anyone has any weird little meals drinks they make post em.

I know of a few other people who mix protein and coffee...

In terms of wierd shakes I would say that either chicken shakes or tuna shakes top the list (ground chicken and cranberry juice in a blender / tuna and orange juice in a blender).

i was reading a mens health at the gym and they had a shake recommendation;

natural (im guessing non flavored) protein powder
spicy V8 or tomato juice
haberno or similar peppers

so i guess its like a bloody mary, kinda weird never thought of having a spicy protein shake.

I used to make that kinda drink sometimes on cold mornings when I was working. Its like a protein mocha kinda sorta.
