Hey guys. im a college baseball player and im looking to get stronger this summer and lose some weight. Right now im 5'8'' 190 pounds. Im pretty strong with a pretty athletic/muscular build. i have big legs and most of my fat is stored in my legs and butt. im looking to get into as good as shape as i can to get a little quicker.

Starting monday i will lift at 7am mon, wed, fri.

Im just not sure when/what i should eat at my meals.

ill lift at 7am or run on other days and baseball is at 5pm every day.

id like to get some advice on what i should eat through out the day and maybe some help with how much fat, protein, and carbs i should consume each day.
