A buddy of mine took his car to an empty parking lot after realizing our gym was closed on memorial day. Did several sets of distances at different grades in the parking lot. It seemed like a decent cardio workout and that it would be great to do once or twice a week in addition to my standard BGB routine. What do you all think?

Its good general physical prepardness, especially if you don't have other fancy equipment like a prowler. Just make sure its not detrimentally effecting your workouts. It should do the opposite, and work as a form of active recovery.

I used to love pushing and pulling cars with my APT harness. Its definitely a great endurance workout. I used to pull cars using harness when my lowerback was banged up. However, adjust them to your workout routine accordingly. Not something you would do around your squat/lower split days.
