I am currently unable to do major lifts like DL, Cleans, or Squats. I can't even do cardio(besides hitting my heavy bag). I recently (going on three weeks now) have started dieting and just doing light upper body work and I feel great. I have went from 265lbs. to 254lbs. in 3 weeks without losing much muscle except in my traps. I do need more protein in my diet w/out too many calories so I was wondering what a good source of protein was besides shakes, I already have 2 a day.

Beef has different amounts of fat depending on the cut. There are low and no fat varieties of cottage cheese. Fat isn't going to kill you anyway. Seriously, this stuff isn't that hard.

yeah tru...I'll just keep shoveling in the meats-hah

And another thing...what does Salt do? Why is too much bad and what happens if you aet very little? I hear people talk about sodium all the time but I have never factored it into my diet.
