I figured I'd dust the Flip off and video my ME SQ/DL workout this week.
In the video, I hit a 470x3, then 510x1 pin-suspended safety-squat bar good mornings.
I can't remember the last time I did heavy GMs, so I thought the session went well.
I wanted to triple 510, but when I put the 1st rep down I saw stairs and figured I should not push it too hard since I'm getting back in the groove of lifting heavy again.
