I am 5'9 and I weigh 190.... I work out 5 days a week... I run two miles and lift about 1 1/2 hr .... my diet consist of eggs,tuna, chicken breast, yogurt, some steak,pickle, and nothing but water.... How many times a day should I eat and Is my diet right? I want to loose weight and gain muscle? I started the gym 2 weeks ago

Click it. You're asking questions that can be answered with maybe 10 minutes worth of reading and have been asked in at least half the threads on the front page, maybe more. Some of us put a lot of effort into answering questions and it's almost a slap in the face when those previous answers aren't even looked at before people ask the same questions again and again.
