Aug 8Th bench dead meet

Hey everyone its been ahwile but on Aug 8th I am running a push pull ironman on Long Island.
The meet will have Carl Seeker's awards, Meet T's and it will be outside under a 20x30 ft tent.
BBQ and drinks will be available as well. I am hoping to have a couple of crazy guest lifters too. There are meet applications available at www.ctstrength.com/BenchDeadApplication.doc
