Video of my last box squt training. I played with a few different box heights and would like some feedback on depth. I generally compete in APF or UPA.

Mike I think you're experienced enough to train to the "regular box" as long as you can take your squats to depth in a meet. If you're having trouble with depth, train more with the low and medium boxes. The low box would pass easily.

The medium looks to be good from the camera angle. The regular just a touch high?

Like the shirt! :)

I would cycle both, the closer you get to a meet, get lower.

You can't train to depth all the time, but I would agree with Chris, that regular box would be too close to call.

Sounds good, you guys pretty much confirmed what I had in mind. Yeah Chris; I need to put in an order and get another shirt sometime soon.
