Rob, you only posted that because mark says in the vid " because Rob Luyando says so" in it...is that gonna become you new WWE style catch phrase?
That is one jacked up shirt! and a serious set of pushed up boobs poking out of it...he is gonna need a set of pasties to lift in a meet lol

For some reason I knew you would catch that. And the shirt was a single ply Katana. Shouldn't you be doing your last two assignments?

They really understand the Katana at that gym. They have it down to a science. I'm curious to see how this bench training balances with Mark's squat and deadlift training.

WOW thats a lot of volume for one day! No one I could handle that.
I've noticed that mark is putting up solid numbers for all of his lifts too. I thought it was the coolest thing to see that guy on "bigger, faster, stronger" then come to this sight and see some of his vids.

Wow, that is a LOT of heavy training for one workout. Very impressive lifter.

I am helping Mark and Hoss out with their bench program. Volume is the key to a big bench. Using higher brds to overloadd the weight and save your shoulders at the same time. Kennely has given me some great advice that I have adapted to work with my training.
