Im 225 pounds approx 15% fat.

is this propper amount of carbs, protein and fats?

High carb day (three times a week)
500-560 gr carbs!
250 gr protein
Less than 30 gr fats.

Low carb days

200-225 gr carbs
300-315 gr protein.
40-65 gr fats.

No carb days

Less than 100 gr carbs
300-315 gr protein
40-65 gr fat.

im planing on starting the diet next week so i need some reasurance that this is the correct way.

You should search for "UD2" great carb cycle diet/book, alot of good threads regarding ud2 on this forum as well

have you tried doing an every day carb cut-off first? I think thats easier and much simpler and less prone to messing up.

like lets say for dinner and bedtime meals you consume only protein/fats (no carbs at all). Get all your carbs in for breakfast/lunch/PWO meal.

No, havent consider that.
Is that method effective? sounds a lot simpler!
