I´m 225 pounds approx 15% fat.
is this propper amount of carbs, protein and fats?
High carb day (three times a week)
500-560 gr carbs!
250 gr protein
Less than 30 gr fats.
Low carb days
200-225 gr carbs
300-315 gr protein.
40-65 gr fats.
No carb days
Less than 100 gr carbs
300-315 gr protein
40-65 gr fat.
i´m planing on starting the diet next week so i need some reasurance that this is the correct way.
