Well the first pic taken around jan 31. The last one was yesterday. :)
So far my body weight has not changed at all. Got skinner in the waist, and bigger in the upper body and legs! Around 157- 160
I can also post my diet and or workouts. Holla
Also diet wise i am taking my time cutting down a little bit more. No hurry at all.
I eat clean for about 5 days then weekend eat some extra carbs junkfood :)
Every week seeing new cuts and more blood vessels !!
Cant wait to see what 6 more months will do!:)

How have you managed to post two useless posts and only count as one. I suppose it just goes to show how pointless they really are.


to the OP.

Eat, Eat and Eat some more. Increase calories by 500 per day. post pics back in 2 months. Enjoy the extra strength/muscle/mass :)

or if you want to be a beast have a bako shake a day :D
