8-12 oz of chicken with some veggies
After workout,

I haven't been able to add the after workout meal because of lack of money, but now im going to be able to very very soon. HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT. I carb up once in a while. Sometimes i cheat, but rarely, and i dont do it intentionally, sometimes cirumstances, eh, you know. Anyone can suggest some improvements i'd be happy.

Why do you eat so much damn white bread? Stop eating that crap, we all know it'll make you go blind just like grandma said.

Replace the white bread with wheat bread, replace the total with oatmeal prepared with milk.

Other than that the diet is solid.

like 160-165 5"2 i think, maybe shorter.

all of this combined should be a good amount above 1.5 times my bodyweight in grams of protein.

it sounds like you have some good mass if your 5'2''. What are you doing, cutting? You can't be on a ckd with that many carbs, but you sure aren't bulking.

If i was cutting i would do a ckd, that is what im going to be doing. Right now I am just cutting my cals down from 4000, i will reach 2400 in a couple weeks.

I wouldn't waste my money on the creatine if you say lack of money is a problem. I dont know about you, but creatine hasn't done jack for me. I would use the money for food or protien. Post workout I would get Nlarge rather than whey, it will spike your insulin level. THen about one hour after you get 4 scoops of Nlarge, eat a 35g protien 80g carb meal (somewhere in there).

Of course you wouldn't do that if you were on a ckd, but if your bulking Nlarge is better than creatine IMO.

im really not bulking? I'm counting 241 grams of protein, which is about 1.5 times my bodyweight.

I heard you can just add dextrose to a protein shake to increase your insulin. Would that be ok or is Nlarge the way to go. I'm really just trying to make my lifts higher, I really don't care about much else as long as i don't get really fat.

BTW, I don't bulk/cut, i just follow one diet all the time. I think thats probably best, because i don't care for cutting, but i don't want to get enormously fat.

You need some oats and brown rice in there.
Your strength would probably be suffering from a lack of good carbs.
That diet looks something roughly like 60/20/20 in favour of protein.
Maybe even get some flax oil too.

i would either bulk or cut. i know its a bitch getting fat, and it is even worse cutting knowing you wont gain any muscle for a long peroid of time. but imo you will be bigger in the long run.

i dont know much about dextrose, it will work, but for me nlarge is convienant, it has the right carbs and the protien, it is fairly cheap.

Damn, i'm a good 7 inches taller and 25 pounds lighter, hehe.

As for oatmeal. You buy the pack of oatmeal and then follow the directions on the container/package. There's no voodoo to it, hehe.

ok ill think about the cutting and bulking thing, but then again, it will be weird having to explain that to my parents, this sounds odd, but its much easier to convince my parents that eating a lot consistently is the best path to getting bigger than cycling stuff.

hmm, so should i double my carbs to make 60-40-20?

hey i heard skim milk isn't good for cutting, does that mean all that milk im drinking turns to pure fat? Is there any thing i can do to change that? Is there a good replacement for milk? For some reason i thought skim milk had low calories. Since i take multi v's i guess i don't need it that badly.

60-40-20 = 120%

You got some magic going for you. Milk is fine for your diet, just keep active. Don't consume like a gallon a day, I generally drink about 2 cups a day and that's it.

As per explaining to your parents...just write out your diet and post it on the fridge and say you are trying to be healthy. They'll understand =).

20 fat/40 carb/40 protein is a good way to go if you're cutting.

RTFM means 'Read The ******* Manual'

If you cant read the directions on the side of the oatmeal carton you should be tied down and beaten.

Harshly.

But I'm not advocating violence...

SWEET, i got like protein bars too, this is awesome, i think i consume like 330 grams of protein a day, with a good amount of carbs to boot, SWEET. I'm going to throw in a bowl of peanuts for the efa and extra protein as soon as my stomach can handle it. I'm bulking for the big 200 this summer, WISH ME LUCK.

You do realize that you all that extra protein you're eating is not going to turn into muscle if your body doesn't need it right? It will just fatten you up like everything else you don't use that you put into your body.

I would probably ad carbs and fat if you want to gain and/or improve in the gym. There is also nothing wrong with milk, it actually is very good.

im throing 3 big tortilla things too, BTW, im looking for a meal that wil include green leafy veggies and a lot of EFA's anyone have any ideas?

I'm going to throw in a bowl of peanuts for the efa

NO. Throw in ALMONDS. Peanuts have more bad fats. Have a nice day :)

Almonds are f'in tasty too.

Try Flax seed oil and more fish (like salmon) when you can. One time a week I throw 1/2 lb of raw salmon or yellowtail in because it has more EFA's and it's M-f'in tasty.

nejar- Take brocolli/spinach/lettuce/.. any other green veggies that you want to eat and first boil it if needed.
For dressing: Take a tsp/2 tsp of olive oil, heat it mildly and add some mustard seeds, jeera seeds, garam masala and red chilli( if needed). Mix this all up as the oil heats, and once the mustard seeds start popping, add this to the veggies and use it as dressing.
