What has everyone been doing prior to hitting the pillow :tuttut: as far as a "food" that is!

Looking for ideas.......

ETS pills and a ~ 35g Casein shake with a scoop of benefiber has been my routine. Wondering what others are doing to add/vary to my routine maybe

1 cup cottage cheese + 30g whey + some creatine sometimes. I'll also take some psyllium fiber if I haven't ate enough veggies that day.

Also, melatonin and a magnesium supplement. And some foam rolling.

Well i only eat a few nuts about an hour out. I try and get to bed before 10 as this time your body repairs the most (between 10pm-2am).

Your digestive systems slows right down after 10pm so you want a slow releasing protein before this like your casien. Bit of fat will also slow down digestion.

I have to ask which time zone the body repairs at exactly 10pm? I imagine over here in the Uk I should be getting to bed around 2 or 3 in the avo to repair properly!
