OK I've been lifting for about 2 and a half years. I have been involved in MMA for a while now and am trying to figure out a good schedule for lifting.
I train brazilian jiu jitsu, striking, and submission grappling on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sunday.
Could I get away with doing Rippetoe's routine on Tuesday and Thursday? Its only two days a week but any more than that seems like over training. My priority isn't lifting like it originally was but I don't want to lose all of the size I gained.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
