speed bench press 205+purple bands 9x3
reverse grip bench press 225 3x10
tricep extension with 53lb kettlbell 3x8
floor dumbell press 80lb dumbells with purple band around back 2x8
barbell rows 315 3x5

Too much... Why are there 3 tricep dominant exercises?
...And how does your max effort day look like?

I don't know why that is called a Westside type workout. You should do some more homework.

travis belll post a training log on here....hes one of westsides better benchers rite now....just check his stuff out...

are you also doing sq/dl twice a week? if you are training for squats and deads also, then i would say way too much tris and not enuff upper back. if you are training for a big bench only, and doing back another day then maybe.... but with this type of volume you would need to deload often. you would also have to call it something else other than westside.
