A mass builder!!!
32 oz skim milk
2 cups of berries
1 cup of natural yoghurt
1 banana
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites (raw)
3 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
throw everything into a blender for 30 sec!
If to thick, add small amounts of milk until desired form!
This will give you over a quart of shake containing 800 kcal!
Tap it out and drink, enjoy and get big!
