Brent, this is a shock to learn. He was a class guy and a great deadlifter. I guess we never know how many days we have. We just have to make the most of each one we have. From what I know, Jerry did just that. He will be missed!

I was looking at an old PLUSA just this weekend that had a pic of him doing one of his big pulls wondering when I'd hear about him hitting another big lift soon,got online at work a little while ago tonight and saw this...very sad news.My thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends.Peace to you,brother.
