They are never on anyone's recommended list and I don't see them on many people's diets. A 3 slice serving of turkey bacon has 3.5 g of fat (1 saturated), 1 gram carbs, 5 grams protein. I am currently trying to reduce my body fat from 21% to 15-17% before I start bulking again. Is it reasonable for me to have 6 slices with my eggs? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Honestly, it really depends on your overall caloric expenditure for the day, as opposed to individual meals or foods. 6 slices is only ~100 cals, so I don't see why it would be that bad.
But, if you have a good meal in the morning and have bad ones the rest of the day, it won't matter what you eat for breakfast.

Turkey bacon is loaded with sodium. Too bad it's turkey bacon or I would love it.

ate it all the time on contest prep w/ liquid egg whites and shredded potato. Sodium isnt a concern unless your in your last week of contest prep. Turkey back FTW!

in the end, if it fits into your caloric goals for the day then eat it.

I used to eat Jeannie O's all the time. That was the best one that I saw in my grocery store.
