July 18th in Ottawa. I sent in everything I need. Everything should be fine, but it's not 100% yet.
But anyways, I am very excited for this! It feels as if everything I have been doing for the past 3 years was for this lol. I have an idea of the weight I will be doing...
Squat (Belt+wraps)
1-315
2-345
3-365
My squat went down drastically because the guys at the PLing gym had to completely redo my technique. Not a problem, ill be back up again soon.
Bench (no equipment)
1-225
2-245
3-255
I think this is very modest. By the time competition rolls around I will know what I should be doing. If all goes well, Ill hit a 265 on my third attempt.
Deadlift (belt only)
1-385
2-435
3-445
I find that deadlifts take way too much out of me so I'll set my first attempt low. I have pulled 425 easy so I think 445 will be a breeze come competition time.
This is just a rough estimate, the numbers are not set in stone of course.
I think these numbers will change when the competition rolls around... my technique gets better and better every single time I work out with these guys... it's as if I walk out of the gym with an extra bit of information that can make all the difference.
