I was wondering how much (if any) bread you guys eat. I love my peanut butter and usually have about 4 pieces of whole grain bread a day. The reason i ask is cuz ive been working on getting a six pack and was wondering if this could be holding me back. And if i shouldnt eat that much bread, what ways do you guys eat your peanut butter so i could still get some PB everyday. Thanks for all the help :)

I usually eat my PBJ on light wheat bread, I think its like 40 cal a slice. I also love to put peanut butter on bananas.

Ezkeil Bread: This stuff rocks. Lower carbs tons of fiber!

Protein: 4
Carbs 15 per slice
3 grms fiber
Fat.5

Then you can 4 slices to every one of the processed bread.

Doesn't this stuff taste like crap?

Not it is just a heavier bread. Of course taste is a personal preferance.
I am pretty sure, that having a great body is not all about taste either othewise we would not eat tuna :(

I stay almost entirely carb-less throughout the day except for structured around my workout. I do fruit before and dextrose PWO and brown rice in the PWO meal. Again, this is because I tend to not handle carbs as efficiently and the fact that i'm cutting.

If it fits in your diet plan, eat it. I can't remember the last time I bought bread or had a slice.
