Last week I posted a video of my 430 raw bp. Today I I done my DE workout where I done straight weight as listed
135x15
225x10
275x10
315x5
335x5
365x5
385x5
405x3
then for old times sake I dropped back to 315 for repout. I done 16 good reps. My previous record was 10. So it was a 6 rep PR for me. I felt like I had at least 2 more in me but throttled back.
I don't put much faith in the max calculators but they estimate me at a 475 x 1RM based on 16 reps.
I don't have a video but I promise it was all good ;)
Two weeks PR in a row is really good for the old self esteem. I feel great!
Can't wait for my next meet in a month to see what I can do.
