View Full Version : am i ready to cycle?
i have been lifting consistently for a few years now and it was hard for me to gain alot of weight when i got out of high school because i wrestled from a wee tot until i started college and then i realized i wanted to get big. well i am not big yet and have been lifint and eating right 8 meals a day dont drink and am pretty dedicated to my cause i have a buddy who said i am ready to cycle and he drew out a 16 week cycle for me and well actually 15 weeks and 1 week of HCG the cycle consistes of stacking Deca, T-200, Refro b, (i think), and one other i wanted to know what your opinion of this is because i know this guy and how he juices and he is a animal 270 and 5'9"

You're absolutely correct. It is WAY to much for you to start off with and to long of a cycle for a first time. My first cycle was one amp of sust 250 a week for 8 weeks. I did 2 amps on week 3 and week 6, I made good gains and kept it all. You may want to just stick with deca for your first cycle, or a testosterone like sustanon 250 or something else. thanks for the advice.....so should i stick with straight Deca for a fist time cycle? or should i use it with something else and what the heck is HCG? because he wants me to take that as well. and one more question when i cycle can i still take my vitamins and BCAAS and eat 8 times a day counting my carbs and proteins?

I'm no expert, but it doesn't sound like your are ready to cycle... I would educate myself better on the subject first

Ok, if you do decide to (because its your choice) then I'd go with the deca. However, Frankster is correct, it sounds to me like you need to do a little more research bro. Go to http://www.musclemag.com read through posts here or another board such as http://www.undergroundsupplements.com those sites will help ya out. Oh, by the way..How old are you??

I would go on a serious bulking diet first. You should be able to put on 10-20 lbs in no time if you have stopped wrestling. Plus at 5% bf you can eat whatever the hell you want and not have to worry about fat. Also by upping your BF% you'll become much stronger.
Your prolly eating to clean right now, throw in a meal of a whole box of mac and cheese with a can or two of tuna, can't go wrong with that.
Deca and ref-b is fine for a first cycle, but keep it about 8-10 weeks. you need to give your body a break cause you'll be putting on some serious size and if you want to get really big now is not the time to be stressing your joints. Do a 10 week cycle, add 10-20lbs, then take 6 weeks off and do another 8-10 weeker with some test this time though. You should be around 220-230 in no time.
But like i said, add some more size to your frame b4 you start cycling... and read up on gear, you have a lot to learn, this is a pretty good site:

That's the WORST place for him to go for advice. He'd almost be better off weeding through all of the ******s at elite.
stick with sust 250or500 for 8-10, i dont think deca would be suffice unless your stacking, IMO deca only cycle are a waste of growth!
thanks for the information gentleman and Frankster is right i really dont know what i am doing that is why i am on this site trying to educate myslef, and i have no problem putting my ego aside asking you for help, because i want to do it right the first time and not make a mistake. my guy out here who is supposed to be helping me wants be to be like 300lbs and just stack everything i can and he is my only person because juice is such a hush hush topic in my area and i dont want to approach someone i dont know for obvious reasons. so i appreciate the input and the other forums to look at so i can understand everything and how to draw out the right cycle for my body. i am not going to lie i am completely new to gear and i dont know S*** about it but i do know how to lift. so please keep with the suggestions.
