for the hardgainers or anyone else
This is a little recipe that I've found to be great along with breakfast, or with any meal.
Vanilla pudding
any berry yogurt (mixed berry, cherry, strawberry, i prefer blackberry)
Oats (1/2-1 cup depending)
add raisins and walnuts to taste
mix all in a bowl and enjoy, if you do it up right, it will almost have a cheesecake like taste to it. you can also do it with the chocolate pudding, but i have found the vanilla to have the best taste when mixed all together.
for a hardgainer like myself, this is my "go to" at breakfast along with my eggs and everything else ofcoarse
