"Respectable"??? Enter a meet, get on the platform and leave everything on the platform. Then you get my respect, for what that's worth. It's not about the #'s, it's the effort that counts. If you want specific #'s just look at some of the feds meet results & records and compare them to your lifts.

64,
I second what Ryano said. It about self respect, self discipline, and pride... All the things your Dad taught you coming up! Like any other competition, do your best brother, thats all that counts!!!

I'll say this though, I'm a 220 master myself and most of the top guys in our class at my last meet; raw, were pressing in the 350-450 range.

Or better yet like Ryano said, check out any meet results online... Just search the FED of your choice.

Good luck bro!

I agree with what's been said. At the meets I've competed in, anybody that gets on the platform and puts their best effort into their lifts is respected by all.

Thanks guys. At the present time my raw paused bench is about 350 - 365 pounds. Thanks again.

64,

That some good power on the bench man... Are you planning on competing bench only, or full power?

Robchris, thanks for the positive comment. I'm not sure which meet I want to compete in at this time but would like to train for the full meet.

My training partner is a veteran 220 lbs Class USAPL lifter who just turned 40. He Totaled 1450 geared in his last meet.

Right now his raw bench is around 335-350.

I would say your lift is good.
