First off, I started dieting and going to the gym on the 10th of this month. On the 10th I was 6ft 165lb and today I am 169.2lb(muscle gain I hope). This is what my diet has looked like so let me know how I can improve.

Breakfast

3 egg whites / 1 whole egg
2pc Wheat bread
1 cup oatmeal
Water


Snack


CytoGainer Vanilla 580 calories 54g protein



Lunch

6oz tuna or chicken
1cup rice
1cup green beans or a salad


Snack

CytoGainer Vanilla 580 calories 54g protein


Dinner

8oz Steak
1cup pinto beans
1-2 pieces of Wheat bread sometimes
Some fruit banana/apple/grapes something

**Sometimes I don't have a shake in between lunch and dinner and have it after dinner instead, not sure if this is good or bad.

I also eat about 2 Pure Protein Bars a day and random fruit throughout the day. I also sometimes will eat a Met-Rx big 100 bar if I'm really hungry.

Any help or advice is appreciated!

Looks good to me. You have gained some weight, do your pants feel tighter in the waist?

Then if your gaining weight and your pants are not getting tighter it's a good indicator that you are not putting on much if any fat. That means it's a good diet if you want to continue making solid gains. Keep it up.
