Ok, my last pr with the doubled monster mini bands was 455. Those were with some fairly used bands. The bands we used tonight were clearly newer which everyone could tell from just taking the bar with them. Plus it was a different gym with a different setup. I still managed to hit my goal of 495. My cam battery was dead. Fortunately my good friend Karsten "The Project" Luca had his. Sorry, can't youtube with his vid. Have to click on the link. Consider it gpp.
