does anyone have any examples of a meal that has 30g of protein, ideally it would include the other mass of carbs/ fat and calories also in it, but mainly any meal that contains roughly 30g protein;

i have examples:

50g cashew nuts
2 glasses of nesquik with milk
slice of brown bread with topping (jam/ ham/ cheese/ etc)

protein: 28g
carbs: 75g
fat: 32g
calories: 700 kcal

OR

50g peanut butter
1 glass of nesquik
100g conchiglie pasta

protein: 32g
carbs: 105g
fat: 30g
calories: 800 kcal

OR

100g basmati rice
2 slices of best of both bread + topping (ham/ cheese/ jam/ etc)
2 glasses of nesquik

protein: 30g
carbs: 160g
fat: 10g
calories: 830 kcal

these 3 are all examples, however you notice that they are all very high in either fat or carbs, which is not great. Any other examples welcomed, so long as they are about 30g protein, and i don't mind if they include foods which i don't have, i can ask mum to buy them... examples low in everything except protein would also be useful

thanks

Why just 30g? Please don't say "because that's all you can process" or some other such nonsense.

about 5-6 oz of meat or fish
5-6 eggs depending on size
can of tuna
1 serving of most protein powders

are you a vegetarian? You are only getting proteins there from milk, nuts, and grains. Look at Joey's post. Just pick a meat and then figure out how many ounces equate to the amount you protein you need. Try food calculator sites like thedailyplate.com or fitday.com

1 can of tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp dijon mustard. Celery and onion to taste. 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

cool cool, and its because i want about 180g of protein daily, so 180 / 6 meals is 30g per meal. i used to eat tuna, just a can but i ran out - ill get some more. and doesn't eating 5-6 eggs make you feel a little sick/ don't they get boring?

1 chicken breast 1 fish fillet 1 quality sausage one can of tuna all of those have about 20-30g of protein and thats not even a meal.

P.S. most of my meals are between 75-100g of protein with 2 shakes per day that have 72g of protein in them. then when i get bored i open up the beef jerky container and have a few sticks and I don't even count that bc thats just gravy. Plus I drink alot of water bc I am scurred for my kidneys.

I eat 5-6 eggs most morning. Doesn't get boring at all.

Agreed. 30g is just too little for one meal.

Then just eat 3 meals that have 60g each. Done.
