does anyone have any examples of a meal that has 30g of protein, ideally it would include the other mass of carbs/ fat and calories also in it, but mainly any meal that contains roughly 30g protein;
i have examples:
50g cashew nuts
2 glasses of nesquik with milk
slice of brown bread with topping (jam/ ham/ cheese/ etc)
protein: 28g
carbs: 75g
fat: 32g
calories: 700 kcal
OR
50g peanut butter
1 glass of nesquik
100g conchiglie pasta
protein: 32g
carbs: 105g
fat: 30g
calories: 800 kcal
OR
100g basmati rice
2 slices of best of both bread + topping (ham/ cheese/ jam/ etc)
2 glasses of nesquik
protein: 30g
carbs: 160g
fat: 10g
calories: 830 kcal
these 3 are all examples, however you notice that they are all very high in either fat or carbs, which is not great. Any other examples welcomed, so long as they are about 30g protein, and i don't mind if they include foods which i don't have, i can ask mum to buy them... examples low in everything except protein would also be useful
