Hey Dracoy. First off, strong lifting. I'm kind of surprised though that Laramie or some of the other guys haven't tried having you get your elbows in more. You're almost doing like a BB bench press - instead of like a powerlifter. Hit those triceps hard with some boards and really try to tuck your elbows in. It might not feel right for a while, and you might be a little weaker, but it'll pay off.

Keep your elbows under the bar and touch lower - that should force you to tuck your elbows. I used to basically try to scrape my elbows down my sides as I lowered the bar.

Wouldn't that touch my stomach? And if it is that low, would it be more tricep strength?

Thanks man, I'm at 152 now. Was able to hit 105 x 4 yesterday. Hoping for 105 x 5 soon. I need to take a few rest days though, I'm on a caloric deficit and my cardio activities are through the roof.

Also quick question.
Was checking out your BEAR workout video. How much weight you using there? I was very impressed by that video to be honest. But then again I would be since I'm a squat and overhead press whore! :D
