ok so at work i have a 20 minute break and i usually juss eat a can of tuna n a glass of milk which equals out to about 420 calories and 42 grams of protein... is there anything i can add to the tuna to get more calories ? add a piece of fruit ? not sure guys ne suggestions are apreciated

Some natural peanut butter and a big glass of whole milk.

I just get a spoon and grab a big blob and eat it with milk or an apple. Cheese is some easy calories too. I keep a bag of almonds in my toolbox at work to munch on which gives me some really easy calories and good fat too.

Put olive oil in your tuna.
