First time doing reverse band deadlifts (green bands). Thought it was awesome, really helped me with my speed off the floor and blasting through my sticking point (lockout). Worked my way up to a single of 6 plates (585lbs). My bro (roots) filmed and my buddy Dan (danmac) helped with the motivation:

Any comments on the band setup? In the vid its set up at about ear height. Also I did this at a different gym because my current gym doesn't have a power rack. I'm still trying to figure out a way to do them without a power rack (squat rack or smith machine?). Any thoughts/ideas?
