I just bought the Mass Stack and I'm wondering when I should take the Creatine 500. It says whenever convenient but I was wondering what are some peoples experiences.

Our general view is that taking 5 grams consistently every day is what counts.

On training days I would take pre, during or post workout and then on non training days, whenever is convenient for you. I just take it first thing.

I'm using Results now, but when I was using the 500, I would take it first thing in the morning. This way I would never forget. Like Daniel said, consistency is the most important thing. Stick with it, creatine is one of the few supplements proven to work.

This is exactly what I do. I don't know what I'd do without my gritty orange juice in the mornings, haha
