Okay I haven't worked out for a long time, so I forgot all the information and just don't feel like using the search bar because I don't really know the abberviations and all. :(
So... I have a few questions that can get me started on working out.. :ninja:
Okay, first of all.
Where can I get a chart of how much calories, fats, grams of proteins, and carbs am I suppose to eat? I'm 16 Years old, 5"5-6 @ 135 pounds if you can get the answers for me. :)
What is carbs and calories?
I heard about the Bodybuilders taking Protein shakes in the morning..
I'm wondering what's inside it? or it depends? :confused:
I have some fats in my stomach, how can I get rid of it?
What are some good stuff I can eat? I'm 140 Pounds :clown:
I heard fruits can be bad for your diet because of carbs. Can I still eat them?

Is there any good canned soups like chicken noodle I can eat?
I thought the canned tunas are good, but should be taken only 2-3 a week.
Can I fit them in my diet?
I heard I have to drink about a gallon of milk everyday, what else can I drink?
