Appears that everyone is hell bent on Grilled Chicken! Is there a reason grilled is better than baked?

And, if you can't come across grilled chicken out somewhere what is a good substitute ?

You're trying to find a chicken substitute for chicken? Have you tried chicken?

Grilling is a form of cooking. Just cook it differently.

It's not like on farms there are grilled chickens, fried chickens and baked chickens.

A good subsitute would be not grilling it if you don't want grilled chicken.

Don;t worry about stuff so much. Overn cook, grill, saute or boil your chicken. Just make sure to cook it and eat it :)

Chicken is a very good source of lean protein. It has virtually no fat and carbs. Fish is another good source of lean protein, although it is higher in fat (but good fats!)
