tomorrow i'm going to be physically active moving heavy things for 10-12 hours and was wondering what would be best to have for energy? i assume carbs of some sort every few hours but wouldn't certain types make me crash? i'm thinking of bringing a caffeine pill and some dextrose

Bagels, protein shakes, some energy drinks, tuna and rice. What ever you want really. I see its allready tomorrow, so my point is officially moot!

Eat lot of fruits and proteins related food, drink fruit and vegetable juices. Also have nutrients related food.

Wrong. Fruit juices are basically sugar water. Eat whole fruit if you want fruit.

But doing lots of activity for such a long period, just eat whatever you can to keep your energy up.

Complex carbs, a little caffeine to get you going (like 80 mg), b vitamins, and yerba mate.
