Hi, im starting to use this website and in the "lifestyle" part, there's 5 options:
-Very Low Activity (Sedentary)
-Seated All Day
-Mostly Seated With Some Movement
-Standing Work
-Strenuous Work or Highly Active
Im actually seated the hole day except for when i go to the weightroom or have basketball practice or walk to the classroom. I think i should pick "Mostly seated with some movement", but that says that i burn 3000 calories just doin nothing... im not sure if im doing this correct. I calculated again in myfattranslator.com and i selected "active" phisical level and they gave me 3500 cals.
Im 6'1 at 200 lbs and 21 years old.
The main question is: what is my fitday.com activity level?
