will being in a calorie deficit stop or affect a bone structural growth spurt?
i noticed im growing a bit again will it stop now that i diet?
im a baller, i need every inch i can get
im now 194 cm with my shoes on...

If you're concerned about bone growth, I'd say calcium has more to do with that. That and sleep. And no caffeine, definately no caffeine.
I'm no expert though, hehe.

Height...mostly genetics. Otherwise, sleep a lot. Haha, that's what I've done, but then again, I'm the genetic type.
