Little bit about me...
this isn't my first journal - my other one was about me as a high school aged recreational weight lifter.
now i'm a college sprinter. my situation's vastly different, so i made a new journal.

right now i'm going through a summer training program that focuses mainly on treadmill sprint workouts & plyometrics, with some weightlifting on the side. i'm also doing some in my spare time. due to the nature of plyometrics and sprinting i'm not doing real heavy leg movements at the movement (squatting 3 sets of 8 once a week, for instance). this program has been really good for me. anyways, for this journal i'm mostly just gonna write about what i lift on my own (tues/thurs, generally) so i can keep it all straight from week to week.
