Hi, I'm new to this community and would like some advice. I am 15 years old I weigh 190 pound. Over the past few months I have lost weight but I am afraid I have lost muscle because some of my max's decreased. I have cut back in calories and have been recieving 80-100g of protein each day. My exercise routine is usually 20 minutes of cardio, resistance training with a pulley machine and body plex. If I am doing anything wrong I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you.

Eat at least 1g of protein for pound of body weight. Make sure you are not eating too far below your maintenance calories. Join a gym and start an established barbell/freeweight program such as Starting Strength (http://www.wannabebig.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124795). Lift heavy and have fun.

How tall are you? Give us more information. I don't think many 15 year olds need to be dieting at all.

I am six feet tall. I am dieting to cut fat and get more tone but I am concerned about losing muscle.
