Not the best angle, but they looked fine. Time to start adding weight.

Something doesn't seem right. I'm not sure what - maybe it's just you seem awkward. Other than that, make sure you finish the lift. Knees straight/locked doesn't mean you're done. Get your hips through.

what do you mean by finish it, squeeze my glutes at the end of each rep? and anyone else want to critique

No he said push your hips through. You keep them back at the end of each rep. I don't know if that is that big of a deal, but it probably wouldn't hurt to do what he suggests.
