It was a huge wreck he is out for awhile because of his hamstring. It was a nasty spill

That was some serious determination, effort, and courage. I hope Ed didn't scare the guy that was spotting him on those squats too badly. Poor kid looked completely out of his element. Kudos to Ed! Way to win!

I dont post often but yes, it was a nasty spill. Tore my hamstring and looking at surgery to repair and reattach the hamstring tendon back to the bone. Hopefully my down time won't be too long but it gives me some time to work on my bench. My leg might be broken but my determination to get back is even stronger. Its a fair trade off in my opinion.
