nice lift Chalky Palms. tough as nails.

do you find it a lot harder to maintain back arch on this deadlift variation ?

Thanks man, yea I do find it a slight bit harder but the extra leg bend needed makes it minimal at most. Most people tend to just bend over more on a deficit and you really are supposed to sink in more with your legs to help build up the leg drive.

You got balls DL in front of glass doors. One little slip.

Nice pull man! Keep up the hard work! We are extremely close on strength in this lift. I hit 435x4, but the following week only got a double with 455 and missed the 3rd.

Slow the bar on the way up? Thats the stupidiest thing I've heard in a while, stop reading bodybuilding magazines! 5/3/1 is a program designed for strength, and the onlything more important that strength is speed.

Great work chalky!

Dude he was saying the sweat pants might slow the bar on the way up he wasn't telling me to actually go slower lol. Thanks though!

Thanks to everyone else as well.

About as well as you did with malnutrition :D

But seriously, I'm a butcher - I shouldn't even have the fingers to type a response to this, yet alone read o.O

LOL

Thanks guys, considering I don't have enough weight to do a cycle from the floor I'm gonna do another round of deficits, can't hurt.

Nice, I wanna give it a shot, but I think that doing this MMA stuff that I'm doing would be counterproductive to strength gains.
