I have been doing this:

Meal1 : 1bowl of oatmeal (with honey and milk)
3 eggs
25cl of OJ

Meal2: Cheese Sandwich

Meal3: Two Tuna Sanwiches
50cl of water
30g of walnuts

Meal4: Pasta with tuna
50cl of water
Bowl of Vegetables

Meal5: Rice with vegetables
50cl of water

Meal6: Peanut Butter Sandwich
50cl of milk

What should I do?
I need help i aint getting anywhere!:eek:

I ain't an expert but I'll start you off by letting you know you should post your stats if you wanna get help from people in here who know HOW to help you. Weight, height, age, etc.

16 years old
56 kilo's
5ft 8"
and im in full time education (if that means anything)

Full time education? does that mean that you cant go to the bathroom unless you've got the dean's signature?

More protein if you wanna get big.
Cut the cheese sandwich.
Add 3 egg yolks to the first meal, and replace the cheese sandwich with tuna.
Rice with vegetables? That should read rice with MEAT! and vegetables.
More milk, its cheap and plentiful.

I am assuming that you live in Europe, so if you are afraid to eat meat, just eat canned tuna. Its cheap and plentiful. Also, since you seem to be cool with milk, drink a lot of it, 1 or 2% fat. It is a great way to add calories from low gi carbs and protein, with some fat. Which is good, cuz girls like a little to love, 'naw mean?

56 kilos...thats pretty light isnt it? Thats like 130 pounds or something. Damn boy you're skinny. Keep eating.
If my estimate is off, I blame it on the Euro.
