I was hoping to get some input on my Diet that I will begin tomorrow. So you have an idea of what I'm going for and where I stand I am 20 years old, 5'9, and weight 135 pounds. My goal is to reach 155-160lbs. I am not all that knowledgeable when it comes to food but this is what I came up with.

9:30 - Scrambled Eggs / Bacon / Toast
10:30 - Workout w/ Creatine
11:30 - Cereal w/ Yogurt
1:30 - Oatmeal w/ Banana
4:30 - Pasta w/ Meat Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
6:30 - Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
8:00 - Chicken Breat, Brown Rice, Mashed Potatoes
9:30 - Tuna or Turkey Sandwhich w/ Cottage Cheese
11:30 - Broccoli w/ Melted Cheese w/ Apple and 1 tbsp Canola Oil
12:30 - Carrots

Without macros that could be great or bad. Looks like tons of carbs and not enough protein.

Update it with portions, calories, and macros (fat, protein, carbs).
