high in sugar but are these good sugars?ok to eat them anytime?

it is very helpful in reducing kidney problems, fever, respiratory problem, constipation and is a very juicy and tasty fruit. helps as an antioxidant for cancer.:)

They're not all that high in sugar when compared to many other fruits. Tropical fruits like mango, papaya, pineapple, etc all contain various useful digestive enzymes, the benefits listed above, and are all considered low GI foods. Granted, that becomes irrelevant when you're mixing foods but throwing down some mango has a lot of benefits. I never make a fruit salad without it.
