G'day guys,

80kg PB for C&J last night.
I know it's not the best but what do you think I need to change most?

Looks good. Just a couple things (and I'm by no means an expert).

Don't rush the bar from the ground to your knees. Take it nice and slow and once you're past your knees, explode. This will help keep you in good position for the triple extension. Which brings me to my next point: your shoulders should be over the bar for your second pull - this will help ensure a nice straight bar path. And it looks like you might be using your arms a little bit.

Other than that, I think you can be more explosive on both the clean and the jerk (it looked a little bit like a quick press).

Congrats on the PR and keep up the good work. The C+J is a very difficult lift.

Notice how you stomp well before the bar racks. This means you are arm pulling. Also, try jutting your chin out before you pull. This helps keep your shoulders over the bar. Looks like your back may be rounding too, but it's hard to tell from that angle.
